Preferred membership to the GermanWineEstates - Wine Club is a free service offered by GermanWineEstates.com Inc. (The corporation). The Preferred Member will automatically receive the number of bottles of the featured Wine of the Month, displayed on the GermanWineEstates homepage, that he or she has selected from the form shown above. Preferred membership may be cancelled at any given time, notifying GermanWineEstates by completing the Preferred Membership Cancellation form found at the bottom of this page.

The corporation will forward the membership order information to an affiliate wine shop who will arrange for delivery of the merchandise to the member. The wine shop will collect payment from the member either by credit card or  check. The participating wine shop may contact the member for verification of billing and shipping information.

There are certain limitations and restrictions concerning the shipment of wine, depending on the state in which you live. Therefore, you may not be able to receive merchandise if these restrictions apply. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

The corporation is not in the business of selling wine, therefore, cannot be held responsible or liable for the shipment of wine to participating members. Any questions regarding delivery must be addressed to the wine shop shipping the merchandise.
